Matos Tarifa is looking for a motivated kitesurf instructor to join our team for the 2026 season.

Whether you’re seeking a full-season position or a shorter contract, you’ll be teaching on one of the windiest and most demanding spots in Europe.We’re looking for someone eager to grow into a truly skilled kitesurf instructor, with solid teaching abilities and a strong team spirit.

Requirements

Spoken languages: French & English (Spanish is a plus)
