Kitesurf Instructor Positions – Summer 2026📍 Keros Beach, Limnos Island, Greece

Surf Club Keros is looking for passionate and motivated kitesurf instructors to join our international team for the upcoming summer season.

Keros is widely regarded as one of the best and easiest teaching spots in Europe, featuring sandy, shallow waters, consistent side-shore winds, and a protected bay—ideal conditions for both beginners and progression.

Our IKO-affiliated kite center is fully equipped with brand-new RRD gear, including over 60 kites and 30 boards in all sizes.We are also an IWO-affiliated center, home to what is likely the largest wingfoil section in Europe, and we additionally offer windsurfing. Instructors with multi-discipline skills have the opportunity to teach across sports and increase their earnings.

Competitive salary: fixed pay + commission on lessons

-EU passport (mandatory)
