You’ll work across one or both islands with crew rotations possible. Two vibes, one family.

🔥 OPEN POSITIONS (April – October 2026)

💼 1️⃣ Kite Manager / Station Leader

You lead one of our stations (Sylt or Rømø), coordinate instructors, schedules, equipment, customer flow & vibe.🌍 Rotation possible between islands.

✅ Requirements:✔ IKO Level 2 or higher (ATC/ITC/Trainer+ a big plus)✔ Previous leadership or senior instructor experience✔ Strong communication & organizational mindset✔ Confident in English (German/Danish is a plus)✔ Responsible, reliable, solution-driven

🏄‍♂️ 2️⃣ Kite Instructor (IKO Level 2 minimum)

✅ Requirements:✔ IKO Level 2 or above✔ Comfortable with groups, private lessons & VIP clients✔ Fluent English – other languages welcome (German/Danish/French/etc.)✔ Professional, friendly & motivated attitude✔ Passion for lifestyle & progression
